It's funny but a true statement about the Scale culture. Some have described it as a big family that gets together five days a week to help grow a company. Others have said we're the most serious team of fun-loving people ever assembled for a professional endeavor.

The truth is likely somewhere in-between. We take our work seriously, but not each other. We strive to build a perfect company, while joyously pointing out each other's faults before patting ourselves on the back for our successes. No one is micro-managed. Everyone is expected to operate independently while collaborating with others to create the best experience possible for our partners, customers and investors.

Not everyone can handle our culture or "hands-off" management approach. If you're looking to clock-in and clock-out or need a clear set of directions to operate, Scale would not be the best fit for your talents.
