Rod brings Scale over a decade of experience in operational and advisory roles with innovative companies ranging from startup to Fortune 500. Before joining Scale, Rod served as COO of the Indiana Venture Center, a venture catalyst organization focused on the creation and development of technology-based startups in Indiana. Prior to that, Rod was a consultant with Alder Associates—a boutique consulting firm focused on strategy implementation and leadership development—and he also spent four years as a consultant within the Strategic Services practice of Computer Sciences Corporation. Rod has a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Master’s in Business Administration, both from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management.
