Scale Computing Continues its Winning Streak Throughout 2019

It is halfway through 2019 and Scale Computing has, so far, been honored with five industry awards globally. It’s always exciting to receive industry accolades, as it demonstrates our technical innovation, high-quality customer service, and continued emphasis on maintaining a positive company culture amidst strong growth.

The most recent in our succession of wins this year came at the Storage Awards in London last week, where we took home “Hyperconvergence Vendor of the Year”. This was a great result for the Scale Computing team, especially as IBM was the runner up. Plus, with the awards based on nominations from the end user community across the UK, we were thrilled to win such a competitive category.

Our momentum this year, reflected in these latest awards, is spurred by our team efforts to release exciting new products and partner with other innovative partners. The release of our HE500 appliance series has given organizations the smallest HCI appliances yet to provide IT infrastructure for remote sites, edge computing, and disaster recovery. Our new partnerships with companies like Parallels and NEC are helping our combined solutions reach more organizations and their use cases.

Winning the Data Centre Managed Services Innovation of the Year Award for our partnership with Corbel at the DCS awards in London earlier in the year is evidence of how partnerships are key to momentum. It was great to be recognised for our proven track record to innovate in the data centre management market for our customers.

And looking back to the start of the year, we kicked off at the 2019 Midsize Enterprise Summit in Florida, where we won three separate XCellence Awards for “Best Midmarket Solution: Hardware,” “Best Boardroom: Premier Sponsor,” and “Best of Show: Premier Sponsor” respectively.

With the momentum of awards and exciting product and partner announcements that Scale Computing has built up so far this year, we are very much looking forward to seeing what the rest of 2019 will bring - and we’ll be keeping the champagne on ice!
