Whether you're a seasoned veteran or this is your inaugural conference, this guide will provide you with all the intel you need to maximize your Platform//2025 experience, from pre-departure planning to navigating the event. Pack your bags and prepare to take on Platform//2025 like a pro!

The Essential Platform//2025 Conference Survival Guide

Pre-Departure:

• Destination Vegas: Mark your calendars! Platform//2025 takes place May 13-15, 2025 at the dazzling Resorts World Las Vegas.
• Calling All Techies: All IT professionals, Scale Computing customers, partners, and tech alliances from around the globe are invited to attend, in person or virtually! This year’s agenda boasts myriad opportunities to network with and learn from some of the leading minds in the industry.
• Investing in Success: Regular registration is $1,199 per attendee. The fee does not include travel costs or hotel stays, but it does cover all meals, sessions, the opening reception, and the closing awards dinner.
• Secure Your Stay: Looking for a room with a view (or at least a comfy bed)? Register first for the event and then you will receive a link to book your hotel room. Resorts World charges a Daily Resort Fee, plus applicable taxes, which will be added to your reservation at check-in.
• Plan a Plus-One: Significant others are welcome to join you in Vegas, but please note they won't have access to conference sessions or meals. For an additional $250, we offer an evening guest pass to the Golden Hour Social and the Dive in the Sky closing reception, which can be purchased during registration.
• Dress for Success: The conference is business casual, however, the evening events are a bit more laid back. The “Golden Hour Social” on Wednesday evening will be outside by the pool. Suggested attire is resort casual. The closing party “Dive in the Sky” on Thursday evening will take place on the roof of the resort. Suggested attire is business casual, but feel free to embrace the dive bar theme if you would like!

Welcome to Vegas, Baby! Now What?

• Touchdown: Flying in? Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is your landing zone.
• Taxis, Ubers, and Lyfts, Oh My!: Transportation to and from the airport is not included, but ridesharing apps like Lyft and Uber are readily available. They offer a quick and affordable way to reach the hotel (a 15-20-minute ride and approximately $30-35).
• Vegas Time: Plan to arrive on Tuesday, May 13th. Check-in starts at 4:00 PM PST, but don't worry, the friendly folks at the front desk will hold your bags if you arrive early. The first event starts at 5:30 PM (unless you are participating in pre-event training in which case you should plan to arrive Monday evening. Training sessions begin bright and early on Tuesday morning at 9:00am), and the conference wraps up on Thursday evening with the closing reception. Check-out is Friday, May 16th, by 11:00 AM PST.
• Welcome to Your Tech Oasis: Once you arrive at Resorts World, head straight to the Platform//2025 registration desk on level 2, just outside the Orchid Ballroom, where the friendly Scale Computing crew will greet you with open arms (along with your conference lanyard, badge, and detailed event schedule). Be on the lookout for an email from the Platform//2025 events team with information about the event App. This will be the best place to find the most up to date information while onsite at the event. You’ll be able to build your own custom agenda, chat with other attendees and check out our amazing sponsors.
