OEM Business Development Manager
As an OEM Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role with our strategic partners. You will be responsible for cultivating and expanding existing relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through joint initiatives. In addition to expanding existing relationships, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new OEM Partners. This role requires a deep understanding in virtualization, HCI and the edge computing industry, as well as exceptional relationship-building and sales skills.
Our growing Scale Computing Team is looking to hire a Salesforce Platform Manager to work with internal stakeholders to define requirements and understand how they play into company goals, enabling optimal user interaction and efficiency.
The Quality Engineering Team is looking to hire a Software Security Automation Engineer. As an SSAE at Scale Computing, your primary responsibility will be designing, developing, and maintaining core security and compliance automation solutions. This position will Develop solutions to identify, automate and test potential security vulnerabilities for all Scale Computing products.
We are looking for a sales professional for the Territory Sales Executive role. The role will be home-based, preferably in-region. As the Territory Sales Executive, you will be a key resource that helps our company to grow our market presence in the Benelux, Nordics and Central/Eastern Europe region. Next to further developing existing business and partner relationships, a major part of your activities will focus on developing new business and building out our local channels.
Beyond this role, we are looking for someone to grow within the Sales organization, with a clear promotional track in place for motivated candidates. Ideally, the candidate will onboard as an ADR, succeed in the role, and be promoted to a Regional Sales Associate (RSA).

As a Territory Sales Rep, your responsibility is to deliver consistent production and growth by developing an assigned territory, managing a pipeline, recruiting and developing partner relationships, and staffing various field-marketing events. Scale is a 100% channel-based company, therefore experience in working with the channel is a plus.
Technical Support Engineers will support our Hyper-converged computing clusters for Scale Computing end-users, partners, and other customers. The employee will be a member of the technical support team and will be responsible for resolution of cases from Customers. (This is a customer-facing position, not a development position).
