Touchdown: Flying in? Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is your destination.
Getting to the Resort: Rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft make it a breeze. Expect a 15–20-minute ride and approximately $30–45 to reach Resorts World.
Vegas Time: If you're enrolled in pre-event training, plan to arrive Monday, April 13th—certification courses start early Tuesday morning. For general attendees, Tuesday, April 14th is your arrival day, with the Welcome Reception & Sponsor Showcase kicking off at 6:00 PM in the Lily Ballroom. The conference wraps up on Thursday, April 16th with the Neon Jungle Closing Party at Zouk Nightclub.
