As director of sales in North America for Scale Computing, Patterson manages both the sales engineers and field sales team. He has brought new processes to the organization, streamlining opportunity workflow, improved the enterprise sales practice, and provided additional guidance to reduce sales cycles, making it easier for partners to transact. Patterson also built the edge trial process which allows enterprise accounts to quickly access evaluation equipment. This is a joint program between Scale Computing and a certified channel partner, and has been essential in winning edge computing and enterprise accounts.
