To put your team at ease, Scale Computing offers a fully managed Proof of Concept Service to ensure you get the most out of your Scale Computing Platform™ review and test use cases, including SC//HyperCore installation, workload migration, and standard POC success criteria testing.
The Proof of Concept Service includes:
- Services installation and testing as defined in the success criteria document
- 60-day Scale Computing Fleet Manager™ Trial
- 1 Carbonite Move license (if applicable) for migration
- Premium support team access
- Custom POC project management board access
- Service team project management assistance
The POC Service will guide you through the usability and testing of SC//Platform scenarios requested. High-touch POCs with additional testing requirements may require purchasing additional service hours. Any testing should be outlined in the POC requirements document.
