Last week, Scale Computing hosted our inaugural Platform event, bringing together our sales, marketing, and product teams with many of our partners. Over the course of three days, we met, mingled, planned, reviewed, dined, and celebrated the hard work and strong relationships that have been a key factor in Scale Computing’s success.
It takes more than just developing a great product to make an impact on the IT market. A variety of partners from MSPs, VARs, distributors, OEMs, and technology partners have worked closely with Scale Computing over the years to enable better sales, delivery, deployment, services, and solutions that our customers benefit from. Platform 2020 was a way to both celebrate and forge stronger relationships with these tremendous partners.
Personally, having the chance to connect with so many of our partners at this event was an incredible experience. Not only did these partners bring enthusiasm, but many partners helped us make the event even better with their sponsorship. This commitment by our partners only reinforces for me that Scale Computing not only has great solutions but a great vision for our future and outstanding potential for continued growth.
As our partner motto goes, “Our success is your success,” and that we have plenty of partners to celebrate in our success. Some of our key technology partners who attended the event were Lenovo, Acronis, Leostream, and Carbonite, each of which has helped broaden our solution offerings along with many other partners we are actively working with. By combining our technologies and working together on joint development projects, technology partnerships have made solutions like VDI, advanced backup, migration, and more not just possible but extraordinarily easy to use and affordable.
One of our sponsors was our value-added distributor and partner, Promark. Promark has been a close partner in growing our channel in the last few years. We were honored to have both their support and their presence at Platform this year.
Last but not least, we were joined by our marketing partner, The Channel Company. The Channel Company has been a key partner in our ability to evangelize our solutions to both customers and other partners as we have grown our business.
Platform 2020 was our first event of this kind but it definitely won’t be last. The excitement at Platform was palpable and conversations between partners and Scale Computing teams carried on throughout the entire day, over dinner, and drinks into the night. I believe I can speak for the rest of Scale Computing in that this event was a fantastic success.
Looking forward to 2020, there is a lot of work to be done and we have the right team of partners ready to help us achieve all of our goals. That being said, we want to continue looking for more partnerships where we can work together to expand our product and solution offerings.
