2019 has been a momentous year for Scale Computing, and we are excited to announce our latest award recognition. TrustRadius, a software search and review platform, has named Scale Computing a winner in the “Server Virtualization” platform category within its “Top-Rated” awards program.
Rated by customers, Scale Computing received a 9.6 out of 10 on the TrustRadius trScorecard, making it the highest-rated “Server Virtualization” platform in its category. Customers also rated us a near-perfect 9.9 in the Support category and 9.1 in Availability, Performance, Online Training, Implementation, and Product Scalability categories.
This award is really one for our customers. They found the best solution and vendor in Scale Computing for their organizations, and loved it enough to give it such highly-rated reviews. The award recipients in each category are selected based solely on positive user satisfaction and customer feedback. Top Rated award results are never influenced by analyst opinions or any outside source.
TrustRadius selects recipients of its awards based on the following criteria:
- Recency: Products must have 10 or more new or updated reviews within the past year
- Relevancy: In addition to being on the category TrustMap, entries must have a traffic volume of at least 1.5 percent in that category
- Rating: Products must have at minimum a 4-star rating with a trScore of 7.5 or higher.
Our customers and followers know that we are constantly working to add new features and functionality, provide new services, and integrate new hardware technologies. These high ratings from our customers on TrustRadius are a recognition of that hard work and innovation over the years that we plan to continue year after year into the future.
This has been a milestone year for us. CRN 2019 Annual Report Card (ARC) awarded Scale Computing overall winner in the Converged/Hyperconverged Infrastructure and Desktop/Server Virtualization categories. We also won all subcategories including Product Innovation, Support, Partnership, and Managed/Cloud Services. Additionally, we recently won three separate XCellence awards at the 2019 Midsize Enterprise Spring and Fall Summits, including Best Midmarket Solution Hardware; Best Boardroom Premier: Sponsor; and Best of Show: Premier Sponsor.
